New, more transparent e-mail notification templates sent by the Profitroom system to Hoteliers and Guests are going to be launched soon. The modern design will improve readability and be more adaptable to the display resolution. On Monday (30.10.2017), the new templates of the Profitroom Booking Engine system were launched (sent to the Guests and to the hotel). Next Monday (6.11.2017), the reservation notifications and the daily reports sent by the Profitroom Channel Manager will be changed. Modern design on all devices All notifications will now be consistent across all Profitroom applications. The new template will be adjustable to both mobile devices and the most popular e-mail clients, and with the fast print feature you will be able to easily transfer it to paper. Transparent communication With these changes, your Guests will not miss the most important information: A clearly presented booking status (approved, modified, cancelled) Discounts set out more distinctively Better distinction for multi-room bookings – sorting of rooms A clearly visible, complete set of necessary information for the Guest, including credit cards accepted in the property, the time when the hotel day begins Enhanced brand recognition Graphic design adjusted to the booking system on the website, the hotel logo and the photo gallery included in the message to the Guest will further support the recognition of the hotel brand. Whereas all the messages sent by our systems to the Hoteliers will be labelled with the Profitroom Suite heading. Independent locations From now on, there is a possibility to display an independent location for each apartment or room.
