Hospitality and Tourism: What is the Lakes Hospitality Trade Show?

The Lakes Hospitality Trade Show is a central hub for hospitality and tourism businesses to come together in the biggest networking event in the North East of England. 

Running for 45 years, the show allows hospitality and tourism companies to showcase their products, promote their offerings, and develop new and existing client relationships. It provides essential networking opportunities for the hospitality sector as they prepare for the year to come.

The show includes many different sectors, from food and beverage to technology, alongside support services such as property advice and insurance.

The event will host 128 exhibitors, and there will be 1274 attendees. These will include B&B, restaurant, and small hotel owners from North and South Cumbria and Lancashire.

Throughout the show, there’ll be a series of masterclasses featuring tips and advice on a range of hospitality aspects, including wine pairings and service delivery. You can access the timings for the masterclasses on the website.

Hospitality and Tourism: Essential Details of the Show

The Hospitality Lakes Trade Show will run on Wednesday 9th March from 10am to 5pm, and Thursday 10th March from 10am to 4pm. The event is free to attend and offers free parking.

The purpose of the show is to allow the exhibitors the opportunity to help businesses in the hospitality industry increase their profitability, improve their day-to-day efficiency, stay ahead of key trends, maximise training ideas and provide solutions for problems within the industry. Any profits raised at the show will be redirected into promoting the county’s hospitality sector.

We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to attend such a prestigious event and are looking forward to connecting with new hospitality and tourism businesses there.
