This offer is available to new customers of Independent properties only. Existing customers or those who have previously signed up for our services are not eligible.
Region:
The promotion is applicable only to independent properties located in the following regions within Africa (SA, Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Mauritius, Botswana, Nigeria, Uganda and Namibia).
Offer Details:
New sign-ups for Profitroom’s premium booking engine during the promotion period will receive a complimentary comfort website with minimum one year contract. This offer includes the setup and integration of the booking engine with the new website and excludes monthly maintenance fees.
Sign-Up Requirements:
To qualify for the promotion, participants must complete the sign-up form at Profitroom’s We Are Africa 2025 Stand (L05) with accurate and complete information, including Name, Position, Email, Mobile Phone, Hotel Name, and Hotel Website.
Complimentary Comfort Website:
*The complimentary template website (template Tropicana or Magnolia) is provided as part of the booking engine package. Customisations beyond the standard package may incur additional charges.
Cancellation:
Profitroom reserves the right to cancel the promotion or disqualify participants if fraudulent activity is suspected or if the terms and conditions are not met.
No Cash Alternative:
This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
Modification and Termination:
Profitroom reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
