Direct Sales Support for Hotel Mercure Kasprowy

More often than not, the standard technological and marketing tools implemented by chain hotels do little in terms of making the best of the true sales potential of a given venue.  The updated booking site for Hotel Kasprowy is a perfect example of outside the box thinking in the field of marketing for brand names.

Hotel Mercure Kasprowy Zakopane is a 3 star hotel located within the boundries of Polana Szymoszkowa. With a beautiful panoramic view of both the Tatra Mountains and Giewont, the location of the hotel is truly unique and was at the very center of our concept when designing Hotel Kasprowy's new website. With a brand new photo session to work with, we decided to add only attractive, full screens shots. And when a potential guest logs on, the first thing they see is a panoramic photo of the hotel that can be viewed in full and also includes beautiful images of the Tatra Mountains with a few simple clicks of a mouse.

The site was pieced together using the latest available technologies. For example, AJAX made it possible to add effective animations when a user moves from section to section, thus the site is very dynamic and interesting. We also opted for the Upper Booking Engine for reservations. Despite having access to all the tools available via Accor, Hotel Mercure Kasprowy Zakopane decided that they wanted to have their own, unique booking system on their website as this would allow for the sale of package stays.

Another new solution is the expanded conference section. It presents all the ammenities available and makes it possible to directly book a stay at the hotel for all participants of conferences in a user friendly manner. All guests have to do is provide a special code distributed by any given conference's organizer.

The main sections of the site were designed in the shape of tiles, with the most important sections clearly specified. Videos of the hotel's interior can be found in some of these sections. We are very happy with the section dedicated to the hotel's attractions. Potential guests can now easily find information about what the hotel offers all year round, as well as what it offers  in terms of entertainment for children.

The site is fully responsive, meaning that it can be browsed on screens of many a resolution. Hence mobile device users can too navigate the site and book a stay at the hotel with ease.
