Samantha has overall responsibility for the development of the UK and International teams, providing them with the tools and guidance they require to help as many accommodation providers as possible regain control of their businesses and increase their direct bookings. With extensive experience within the hospitality industry over the last 9 years specialising in, Sales, Marketing, F&B and Revenue, Samantha has the first-hand skills and knowledge to lead and inspire the Profitroom team in their quest to drive our hotel partners businesses forward.
Marta arrived at Profitroom with over 14 years experience within the hospitality industry, 9 of which were spent as the General Manager of a London boutique hotel, giving Marta unrivalled knowledge of the needs of modern hoteliers. As International Project Manager, Marta helps clients to optimise Profitroom's tools across an array of projects, whilst building strong, lasting relationships with hoteliers both within the UK and around the world.
Having started her career in travel agencies before landing a Sales Manager role for Hilton Olympia, Natalie has since spent many years in Senior Sales and Marketing roles for both independent and chain hotels — refining a skillset that will prove indispensable when consulting with hoteliers. She will be looking to complement their property's direct booking strategy with technology designed to increase overall profit and performance.
As the marketing manager for the UK and ROW, Jane supports the UK, Nordics and South African teams. A kiwi living in the UK for the past 10 years, Jane brings to the team an impressive background within the tourism and hospitality industry. Thriving on the diversity marketing allows, Jane relishes the opportunity to shout about Profitroom across a range of mediums, worldwide. With a real focus on building our brand awareness, creating positive relationships and driving results on an international, national and regional level.
As a UK Business Development Manager, Rachel works to identify hotels that could benefit by becoming a Profitroom hotel partner. With a strong background in revenue management across multiple hotels in the South West of England, Rachel is ideally suited to help hoteliers regain control of their hotel booking systems, providing our hotel partners with the tools to increase their direct bookings.
Brought up in a multicultural background and living in various countries throughout his life, Patryk enjoys connecting with our global partners, and helping their business become more profitable. With more than 14 years of valuable experience working in various departments within hospitality, Patryk has a strong understanding of the industry, and uses his brilliant expertise to drive results for our clients. He's excited to be building relationships with them and tailoring our solutions to suit each of their needs.
Caroline has extensive experience in hospitality, specialising in account management, as well as sales for luxury hotels and apartments. Keen to be part of an international, ever-growing company, Caroline joined the Profitroom team where she now focuses on exploring opportunities to introduce our platform to
outstanding hotels and resorts. Her previous experience gives her the edge when it comes to
securing new business, as she knows exactly what our clients want and need. Working remotely,
Caroline enjoys the flexibility, whilst still being part of a first class team with excellent culture and
values, delivering leading solutions to our clients.
Born in the Philippines, raised in Vancouver, and currently travelling across Europe, Queenie’s
cultured background gives her an excellent advantage when it comes to securing new clients. She
understands different values, ideas and needs, allowing her to interact with businesses all over the
world effectively. She enjoyed a long and varied history working for multiple luxury hotels in
Canada, before turning her hand to the world of travel-tech. She now manages business
development for the UK, growing and nurturing relationships with our UK clients. Queenie
enjoys the diversity and culture within Profitroom, and fits in perfectly with our diverse, driven
and knowledgeable team of experts.
Tom joined Profitroom in May 2021 with a real varied history within the hospitality industry spanning almost 20 years. Over this time, Tom has seen the importance of innovative technology to a hotel, understanding how important it can be when seeking a competitive advantage. As a Customer Success Manager, Tom enables our hotel partners to get the most out of the Profitroom Suite, in addition to utilising his extensive experience, assisting hoteliers to drive direct bookings, helping reduce OTA reliance.
Landing her hospitality role quite by chance, Kimberley started in reservations and worked her way up to a front of house manager. From there, she branched out into many other avenues within the industry, including revenue management, duty management and events management. She then moved into a hospitality technology role as a PMS software trainer. Her broad knowledge across so many different aspects of hospitality has helped her develop unparalleled skills, which she now uses here at Profitroom to help drive the success of our clients.
Michael was born in Namibia, grew up in South Africa and lived in the UK for 16 years. He has a passion for sport and extreme adventure Michael broke into the hospitality industry when him and partners bought a hotel along the Garden Route. He spent years learning about the industry and teaching - the ropes of the trade He became a director of tourism for his region. He trains excos and management teams on leadership and strategic planning.
His role here within our Profitroom team is to help grow and develop the Southern African region; in fact, he advocates our products so much that he’s implemented them in his own hotel. Michael enjoys engaging with different people from all walks of life here at Profitroom, both within the organisation and with our wider community of clients.
Specialising in digital marketing, with extensive experience in sales, brand development, training and strategic planning, Leigh has over 15 years of industry experience under her belt. Drawn by the excitement of the corporate world and with a passion for travel, Leigh joined our Profitroom team to satiate her hunger for driving results. Leigh's role consists of connecting with hotel CEOs, general managers, marketing and sales managers and IT specialists, showcasing our platform and products to help grow their revenue and market share.
Over the past 25 years, Laurence has managed a number of luxury hotels. During this time, he’s worked alongside private owners, world-renowned designers, brand agencies and even chefs, repositioning hotel businesses and rolling out Michelin Star level concepts. Laurence is particularly passionate about helping hoteliers increase their revenue, and so he uses his platform here at Profitroom to help a variety of clients benefit from our innovative products and services. Laurence looks after a number of hotel groups and, as a self-proclaimed problem solver, he enjoys the complexity of their business models.
