“Had my first sale from the website!”
I have had my first sale from the website! A lady was doing a search for prints, found my site, out of the blue came in on Friday and spent £390 on a print that had been in a folder for the last 2 years and would have probably never been sold in the shop. FANTASTIC! You made it happen.
I am immensely pleased with the website and as mentioned before, so grateful to you for making everything so straight forward, well explained and outlined... even to a technophobe like me! You have on several occasions gone beyond your call of duty! You can’t put a value on genuine, good, honest advice that will get your business on the map in a very professional manner.

“I have never been busier”
October (2008) was the best month I've had in 14 years. Business was also good in November and December. And January (2009) is looking to be good too. Times are tough but I have never been busier!

A gentlemen called me looking for a particular print so I sent him to my website. The next day, he ordered not only ordered the print he was looking for but also several more. He bought about £1000 worth of prints! So I'm very happy indeed!

A couple of good things to tell you. Don't know if you have heard of [Supplier 1]? Well they are pretty well known in the industry and very exclusive; the only people they have selling for them is Harrods, Selfridges and John Lewis, and yes... now me! How cool is that?
The MD called me personally... you would have been impressed the way I sold myself but actually my sites and business did most of it. They were so impressed with my web sites, said I look very expensive and professional, which they like. They have allowed me to sell their [product]... none of my competitors can sell it, they won't let them.
Also, DC spoke to [Supplier 2 and Supplier 3] about me to help get the account, they said “no” until they decided to check me out and look at my sites. Since then they have emailed me saying how impressed they are with the sites and they now want to let me sell their products. How funny hey!
